Dr. Holden Radcliffe is a leading bio-geneticist whose work in the field of parasitic organisms made him an unwilling ally in Hydra's quest for world domination. Dr. Radcliffe is a transhumanist, eager to help elevate the human species to new levels by using a mixture of controversial biological and technological enhancements. He has since gone on to create artificially intelligent life in the form of AIDA, the first in a series of new Life Model Decoys (LMDs). Dr. Radcliffe is currently plotting to recover the ancient mystic tome known as the Darkhold from S.H.I.E.L.D... at any cost.
Radcliffe originally appeared in the Marvel Comics mini-series MACHINE TEEN, where he ran the corporation whose research ultimately led to the creation of the android A.D.A.M. |
